These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases of digital products from UnityDeck. By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under Swedish or applicable European Union law.

2. Our Products

UnityDeck provides downloadable digital card decks, question decks, conversation games and other digital entertainment products.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page, UnityDeck products are supplied exclusively in digital form and no physical product will be delivered.

The main characteristics of each product, including the number and type of cards or questions, intended audience and relevant age restrictions, are described on the product page before purchase.

3. Prices and Payment

The applicable price and currency are displayed before you complete your purchase.

Any applicable VAT, taxes and mandatory charges will be handled and displayed in accordance with applicable law and the payment system used at checkout.

The total amount payable will be shown before you place your order.

Payment is processed using the payment provider presented at checkout.

Payment Processing and Merchant of Record

Payments for UnityDeck digital products are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases completed through its checkout.

Lemon Squeezy facilitates the transaction, processes payment and handles applicable sales taxes and VAT in accordance with its Merchant of Record services.

Copstory AB is the supplier and owner or licensor of the UnityDeck products offered through the service.

When completing a purchase through Lemon Squeezy, you may also be subject to Lemon Squeezy's applicable Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy.

Payment information is processed through Lemon Squeezy's payment infrastructure. Copstory AB does not directly receive or store your complete payment card details.

4. Digital Delivery

Unless otherwise stated, purchased digital products are made available electronically after successful payment.

Delivery may take place through a download link, email, customer portal, browser based access or another digital method specified at checkout.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and using a compatible device and software.

If you experience a technical problem accessing your purchase, please contact info@copstory.com.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Immediate Digital Delivery

Consumers may normally have a statutory 14 day right of withdrawal when entering into a distance contract.

Special rules apply to digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium.

Where you request immediate access to a UnityDeck digital product, you will be asked to expressly consent to delivery of the digital content beginning immediately and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

Where the requirements of applicable law have been satisfied and delivery has begun, you will no longer have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase merely because you have changed your mind.

Confirmation of your consent and acknowledgement will be provided in connection with your order.

If the legal requirements for the loss of the right of withdrawal have not been fulfilled, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

6. Refunds and Faulty Digital Content

The loss of the statutory right of withdrawal does not remove your rights if the digital content is faulty, inaccessible, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

If you experience a problem with a purchased product, contact info@copstory.com and provide your order information together with a description of the issue.

Where required by applicable consumer law, we will provide the appropriate remedy.

7. Licence

When you purchase a UnityDeck product, you receive a limited, non exclusive, non transferable licence to use the product for personal and non commercial purposes unless otherwise stated.

You may use the product together with other participants where this is part of the intended gameplay.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, commercially exploit or make purchased UnityDeck content or files publicly available without prior written permission from Copstory AB.

You may not upload purchased decks to file sharing services, websites, marketplaces or other services for distribution to third parties.

You may not reproduce UnityDeck products for commercial resale or represent UnityDeck content as your own.

9. Intellectual Property

UnityDeck branding, original card designs, graphics, text, layouts, logos and other original content are owned by or licensed to Copstory AB and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

No intellectual property rights are transferred to you except for the limited right to use the purchased product as described in these Terms.

10. 18+ Products

Certain UnityDeck decks are marked 18+ and may contain questions concerning sexuality, intimacy, relationships or other mature subjects.

Products clearly marked 18+ are intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years or older.

By purchasing or accessing a product marked 18+, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

11. Technical Requirements

UnityDeck products require a device capable of accessing the format described on the product page.

Any material compatibility, functionality or interoperability requirements known to us will be communicated where applicable.

12. Personal Responsibility

UnityDeck products are intended for entertainment, conversation and social interaction.

Participants decide for themselves which questions they wish to answer.

Nothing contained in a UnityDeck product constitutes medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice.

13. Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to our website and digital delivery systems but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical problems, third party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

14. Complaints

If you believe that a purchased digital product is faulty or does not correspond to its description, please contact info@copstory.com.

Include your order information and a description of the problem.

We will handle complaints in accordance with applicable consumer law.

15. Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve any complaint directly.

Where applicable, eligible consumer disputes may be submitted to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN).

Nothing in this section prevents either party from exercising rights available under applicable law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law.

If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under applicable law.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to UnityDeck, our products or applicable law.

The version applicable to a purchase is normally the version presented when the purchase was made, subject to mandatory law.
